With the help of our video and AI tools, teachers receive personalised reflection prompts time-linked to the exact moments of their lesson recording to review the situation. They are then pinpointed to suitable PD resources for further exploration alongside suggested next steps directly within the Pathway.

How Pathways work
Every teacher is different and brings a variety of skills and expertise to the table. Consequently, a ‘one size fits all’ strategy that doesn’t cater to the specific domain knowledge and needs of each teacher can impede growth and undermine adaptive expertise. It’s vital to meet teachers where they are, build a shared vision of where practice could be, and offer an impactful and adaptable path to get there.
1. Choose a development path: Coaching / Self reflection / Peer collaboration
Traditionally, this journey begins with a coach or colleague dropping into a lesson, taking notes and afterwards discussing their feedback with the teacher. Whilst this is a great starting point, it can be challenging to facilitate at scale due to timetable constraints and capacity limitations. Moreover it leads to the feedback meeting relying on the limited, subjective memory of both parties.
